Terms and Conditions
- 1 week minimum rental period is required unless special permission is received in writing by Jimmy Beta.
- A fully refundable security deposit equal to 1 week rental will be required at the time of booking your home in addition to the weekly rental to cover any damages caused during the rental period. All prices quoted are in US dollars.
- Flights, transportation (except free shuttle to and from airport) is the sole responsibility of the tenant renting the property and Jimmy Beta will not be responsible for any transportation arrangements made with any third party. However, Jimmy Beta may be consulted to make special travel arrangements including private aircraft charters, and chauffeured mini bus service.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of the homes; however, smoking is permitted outside the home on the decks, patios or grounds in general so long as it is done in a responsible manner by not causing any harm to other guests, leaving cigarette buts on the ground, or creating a fire hazard.
